CHANGES TO ONLINE PAYMENTS - Effective September 18, 2026

We upgraded to a faster, more convenient payment platform for your HOA maintenance assessment payments. This also adds more flexible payment options, such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, all from your homeowner portal. Options available and applicable fees are listed below:

eCheck Bank account – One-time or recurring payments with a $2.50 processing fee per transaction. To use this option click the "Make Payment" button 

Credit/Debit Card and Digital Wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay – One-time or recurring card payments with a 3.5% processing fee per transaction. To use this option click the "Make Payment" button

For condominium/townhome communities that pay monthly there is an additional recurring option:
Free Monthly AutoPay (ACH Draft) – Select “Auto Pay” below “Make a Payment” button. Payments draft on the 5th of the month and there is no processing fee

What to do if you had automatic payments with the prior system:
The prior system that was provided through Western Alliance Association Bank (WAB) will not be available and payments will stop processing on 10/15/2026. Your personal banking information did not transfer to the new system.
